When your looking to rank on Google for a specific keyword you will notice that there are many things you have to take into consideration. There is competition as well as how relevant your website is to that keyword to look at. In order to start you need to have created a website for your keyword.

1. Domain: One of the most important things that you want to do is to make sure that keyword is an exact match to your domain. Google puts a lot of weight on the exact matching domains, so make sure you try to get the domain to be as closely matched as possible.

2. Website Optimization: If you guys do not know what this is then refer to search engine optimization. Make sure that your website is as optimized as much as possible for the keywords. This optimization will have to do with search engine friendly posts, search engine friendly navigation, alternate text, content and so on.

3. The Planning: In order to plan a successful link building campaign you will have to start getting lots of back links from different sources everyday.

For example:

* Directory submissions
* Article Directories
* Video Submissions
* Blog Commenting
* Social Bookmarking
* Squidoo Lens/WordPress Blogs
* Paid Text Links
* Press Release Submission

You need to make sure you start by getting a small amount of links everyday and as your site begins to age start to increasing links. You can not shoot major high pr links and multiple links to your website fast. You have to take time to build up and hopefully you aimed for a competitive keyword. You can easily outrank a lot of small niches within a week but highly competitive keywords take time.

4. The Action: Start by building 10 - 30 links a day on the first week and then after the first month start to increase to 20 - 50 links a day. Usually I would start with start with article directories, blog commenting and forum links. Then go into paid links, directory submission and press releases. Those are where the bigger links are at.

5. SPECIAL POWER: If you guys have not used this special technique to get you good back links then it is time to try it. You go into free traffic system and start to publish articles on other websites to help your ranking rather then publish articles on article directories. If you use this technique you will be able to get lots of high quality one way back links.
