PHP and MySQL Programming

PHP and MySQL Projects I would Like To Accomplish

Below Are Some PHP/MySQL Programming Projects The WWWHelper Would Like To Do.
Do You Need One Of These Done?

PHP Projects The WWWHelper would like to do:

The WWWHelper is recruiting for specific PHP/MySQL programming projects to complete. If one of these projects are what you need, be sure and contact The WWWHelper

  • An Online/Virtual Secretary or Virtual Concierge: An online web site that will allow a work-at-home e-worker to be a virtual secretary for small businesses. Providing common secretarial services such as correspondence preporation and data entry.

Don't limit your imagination to this one service. Other services too, such as an Online Personal Travel Planner/Valet. Someone who makes travel arrngements, plan custom vacations etc.

For other services just use your imagination. In this day of the Internet and mobile technology there is no limit to the number of possible services that could be provided for others just by using your home office connected to the Internet.

Some services a Virtual Secretary could provide. They could perform the businesses accounting, input sales, send out bills, track expenses, word-processing, do estimates, answer phones (customer forwards calls to the Virtual Secretary), make up flyers, create forms, send out thank-you notes to past customers, and research the Customers competition.

The Virtual Secretary could charge less because you can run your business out of your home.

    • Online Admin interface for the "Secretary" to administer their web services.
    • Online interface for the "Customer" to access their projects with the Virtual Secretary.
    • Customers can provide notes or rough letters for the Virtual Secretary to type into formal business letters. The Virtual Secretary will then put online the letter for the Customers review. The Customer can then provide instructions such as mail the document under company letter head or make available for the Customer to download the letter for mailing themselves.
    • Online reminder service where client can schedule reminders (tickler) for upcoming events. The client will be sent either and email or a phone reminder from the Virtual Secretary. Or the Customer can setup a schedule of tasks that they want done by the Virtual Secretary.
    • Send a message to the Virtual Secretary via contact form.
    • Financial management system where the Customer can "deposit" funds and the Virtual Secretary can show an accounting for the work completed and the balance of funds available for upcomming projects. This will work for Customers who want to pay as they go rather than contract for a set amount of services for one flat monthly fee.
    • Online interface for the "Customer" to input his expenses and inflows. This will allow the Virtual Secretary to keep the Customers "books"
    • By either an online contact form or by phone the Customers' clients can request services and the Virtual Secretary could act as a dispatcher for the Customer. This would work extremely well for the mobile business such as mobile carpet cleaning services, mobile Key and Lock services, mobile RV Repair services, plummers etc.
    • These are only a few of the possibilities for the Virtual Secretary. As The WWWHelper comes up with some more features they will be added here.

  • Online Maintenance Management System: Ideal for a small business that provides maintenance services to clients in regional area such as city.

Examples of companies this Online Maintenance Management System would be ideal for are A/C and Refrigeration companies, Mobile Computer Repair companies, or most any company that has maintenance personnel on the road going from repair project to repair project.

Customers can either call the Dispatcher or log in and enter a Trouble Call Ticket the Dispatcher would assign the task to a specific repair person who would receive an email message, on their lap top with wireless connection, describing the task, who the client's contact person is, and the tasks priority. The repair person would then acknowledge the assignment with estimated time of arrival, (copy to dispatcher and the customer). Once the repair person has completed the repair work then login and close out the Trouble Call ticket providing the man hours used, travel time and summary of work done.

The dispatcher and or Maintenance Manager could access the system and get a summary of tasks in progress, tasks pending and a summary of all work either done or pending for the day, week, month etc.
    • Online Admin interface for the Dispatcher/Manager.
    • Online Admin interface for the Customers to submit a Trouble Call Ticket, view a summary of repairs done or, if still pending, an estimate of the scheduled time for the task.
    • Online Admin interface for the Maintenance person. To view all tasks assigned, priorities of tasks, task descriptions and contact person. The ability to add comments and once completed a summary of work done, manhours expended and travel time. The maintenance person would need a lap top computer with wireless internet connection.
    • These are only a few of the possibilities for the Maintenance Management System. As The WWWHelper comes up with some more features they will be added here.

  • More PHP/MySQL projects wanted will be listed here as The WWWHelper feels the desire to do a specific project.
