My Review:

aWeber  provides opt-in autoresponder and Newsletter services managed remotely on dedicated enterprise size web servers. This remote service allows you to manage literally an unlimited number of subscribers. There are systems that you can install on your own servers but if you grow a large subscriber following you will most assuredly have to migrate to an enterprise solution eventually.
