Basic WebSite Content Mangement System


The WebSite Content Management CMS Program uses the available space around the web page (left or right) for miscellaneous content and menu's with links to the sites other web pages or web sites elsewhere on the internet. You are able to add thousands of web pages limited only by the size of web hosting plan you have (disc space allowance).

You will be able to Add/Edit/Remove your main site pages yourself through a web editor that works in most modern browsers.

Features Included:

  • Web Content Management System. Add/Edit All Site Pages.
  • Site Wide Configuration. You will be able to edit the Site Title, Site Slogan etc.
  • Edit and customize all Page Titles, Meta Description's and Meta Keyword's for all Site Pages.
  • Your website's main menu is completely editable by you. You can add/edit/remove the site menu and set the order they will display. Additionally, there are two versions. A vertical version for menus on the left or right side of your pages and a horizontal version for menus displaying across the top or bottom of your site. You will have edit control over one or both.
  • Search Engine referral Keywords Report. With this program you will be able to see what keywords are being used to send visitors to your site from the main search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL and ASK are sending visitors to your web site. The report will rank which keywords are most popular to the least popular. This will allow you to focus on those topics/keywords that your site is most popular with in those search engines. You can then taylor your content to take example of this interest and provide your visitors with what you are looking for.
  • Site Search page that will allow your site visitors to search all your website pages.
  • Site Search Report Program that keeps track of searches made on your site so you will see which is the most popular and which are less popular.  With this you can see what your visitors are looking for and if you don't already have a web page covering the popular searches you will know which ones need adding. This is a powerful new tool that will allow you to focus on what is important to your visitors and make your web site more relevant to what your visitors come to see on your website.
  •  Database Backup Program. After completing any editing you can backup the database and download it to your computer for safe keeping. If anything happens to your website it can be completely rebuilt up to and including your latest changes from the backup.
  • In the website templates area, the area around your content, you can select areas that you want editable and you will be able to edit the content in that area just as you would an individual web pages content. Please note that any changes in the website templates area will show on every page and not be unique to an individual page.
  • Password Manger. With this tool you can add/remove/edit usernames and passwords for your site administration area. If you are not the only editor on your website you can assign different usernames and passwords to each editor or just as easily remove them.

Please Note: All pages created using the CMS (Content Management System) with these programs are real web pages with real files. Your web pages will all have their own unique file name such as:
http://Some_Domain.com/Reviews/Category_Name/Program_Name.html

And will not have a dynamic URL like:
http://Some_Domain.com/file_name.asp?ID=141&Name=About
