Please Note 1: Prices are guaranteed for 60 days from the time you first discuss setting up a Content Managed CMS WebSite with Ray. After that prices are subject to change. Additionally, these prices are for sites with my "provided by" link at the bottom of each page. If you require a version without my "provided by link" contact Ray for pricing.

Please Note 2: These programs are proprietary and will be hosted on my servers. The source code for these programs is for sale. If you are interested in purchasing the source code outright, please contact Ray. There is no FTP access provided to these programs. All access is via a web site control panel with Content Management System (CMS).

Please Note 3:   Payment of the setup and installation fee and the first months hosting fee must be paid prior to website creation.

Please Note 4:   If you provide a website design or use one of the free or pre-made website templates services there normally will not be a charge for integrating that design into your Content Managed Website CMS program. However, if it is a complex design there may be a small fee for this. Be sure and present the website templates to Ray before ordering your Content Managed Website CMS program.
